Partner Training (2 people) (Paphos, Kissonerga, Peyia & Chlorakas)

Train together, progress together. Partner Training keeps you motivated, lowers the cost per person, and delivers smart programming for both of you — whether your goals are the same or different. Sessions run in a public gym in Paphos or at MG Fitness at King Evelthon (Chlorakas). I also serve clients across Kissonerga & Peyia (outdoor / at-home options available).

  2. Baseline testing – movement, strength, and mobility screens
  3. Shared session plan – synchronized exercises with individual weights/tempos
  4. Coached sessions – precise form, coaching cues, progressive overload
  5. Weekly review – adjust loads, reps, and accessories for both clients
