Where are the training sessions held?

At BodyArt FitnessGym in Paphos or Ultimate Personal Training in Kissonerga & Peyia. Also available: Hypermobility / EDS program, Rehab-Friendly program, and Muscle Atrophy program.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — your first consultation is free. We assess your goals and create a plan tailored to you. Book Free Consultation →

Can I train every day?

Yes. With the Unlimited Training Program you can train daily and get 24/7 WhatsApp support. See Unlimited Month package

Do you create meal plans?

Yes — fully personalized meal plans for weight loss, muscle gain or hormonal balance. Contact Michal to ask about nutrition coaching.

I have health conditions (EDS, scoliosis, muscle atrophy). Can I train?

Yes — I create safe, adapted programs. See:

How much does a personal training session cost?

1× session = €25. Partner training (2 people) = €30. Outdoor at your home = €45. See full training packages here.

Do I need to buy a gym membership?

Yes — gym passes are separate. BodyArt = €9/day or €55/month. Ultimate Kissonerga = €8/day or €25/month. Where we train →

Do you work with complete beginners?

Yes. Most clients start as beginners. We build safe foundations, teach proper technique, and progress step by step.

Can women lift weights safely?

Yes. Strength training is safe and essential for women. It helps with fat loss, posture, bone density, and confidence. Every plan is adapted to your goals.

Do you train older adults (50+)?

Yes. Many clients 50+ train with me safely. See the Muscle Atrophy Program for more details.

Do you also train kids or teenagers?

Yes — with age-appropriate programs focusing on technique, coordination and safe strength basics.
