How do we start?
We begin with a short assessment, set priorities and agree on weekly session times.
Where do we train?
Paphos (BodyArt Fitness Gym), Kissonerga (Private Gym), or at your home/outdoor.
Do I need equipment?
No special equipment required. We’ll use what’s available; I’ll advise if anything simple would help.
Can you work with my physio?
Yes — I’m happy to coordinate your exercises and progress with your physiotherapist.
