Once a week you send progress notes (weight, photos, performance). I review, adjust the plan and give you next steps.

How do I send form videos?

Record short clips on your phone and send via WhatsApp. I reply with timestamps, cues and drills to fix technique.

Do I need equipment?

No. I’ll design it for home (bands/dumbbells/bodyweight) or any gym you have.

Is nutrition included?

Basic guidance and targets are included. For a full plan, choose the Meal + Training Plan add-on.

Can I switch to in-person sessions?

Yes — you can move to in-person packages anytime. I’ll port your progress seamlessly.
