How do check-ins work?
Once a week you send progress notes like weight, photos, and performance. I review, adjust the plan, and give you next steps.
How do I send form videos?
Record short clips on your phone and send via WhatsApp. I reply with timestamps, cues, and drills to fix technique.
Do I need equipment?
No. I will design it for home with bands, dumbbells, or bodyweight, or for any gym you have.
Is nutrition included?
Basic guidance and targets are included. For a full plan, choose the Meal + Training Plan add-on.
Can I switch to in-person sessions?
Yes. You can move to in-person packages anytime. I will port your progress seamlessly.
