I am Michal Rubner, founder of Paphos Training — personal coaching in Paphos, Chlorakas, Kissonerga & Peyia. I have more than ten years of experience in fitness, strength training and body transformation.
My own path was not easy, but it was real. I know how it feels to start again, to fail, to lose motivation and then rebuild with discipline and focus.
When I was younger, I was not a natural athlete. Everything I achieved came from hard work, patience and many small extra steps every day. That became my life philosophy — do extra in everything that matters.
When I create a plan for someone, it is never copy and paste. I look at your lifestyle, your goals and what your body really needs. Training is not only about lifting weights — it is about discipline, confidence and feeling strong in your everyday life.
Many people train hard but not smart. They feel tired and see no results. This is where I help — I teach you how to train smarter, eat better and recover well, so every workout brings progress.
