We start with goals, lifestyle, limitations, training history, and current habits. Then we build your plan and schedule.

Sessions are structured and progressive. We focus on technique, intensity, and consistency. You will know exactly what to do and why.

Nutrition & recovery

Simple, realistic nutrition strategy based on your routine. Weekly adjustments as your body changes. Sleep and recovery guidance included.

Weekly check-ins

We track progress and update the plan. If something is not working, we fix it immediately. That is how results stay consistent.

Training in Paphos, Chloraka & Peyia. (Gym membership / daily pass is not included.)

Is gym membership included?
No. Gym membership or daily pass is not included. Training sessions are the coaching service.
