How do we schedule 12 sessions?
We plan them together weekly to match your availability. You can split 2–4 sessions per week depending on recovery and goals.
Where do we train?
Paphos (BodyArt Fitness Gym), Kissonerga (Private Gym), or at your home/outdoor.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, water, towel. Gym pass if training in BodyArt.
