How do we schedule 12 sessions?
We plan them together weekly to match your availability. You can do 2–4 sessions per week depending on recovery and goals.
Where do we train?
BodyArt FitnessGym in Paphos, MG Fitness in King Evelthon (Chlorakas), or outdoor / at your home.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, water, a towel, and proper shoes. Gym entry is paid directly to the gym.
